Room wanted in Ely

I am a professional guy aged 36 looking for a double room in Ely. I'm In Ely for work, and am pretty familiar with the place having lived there before.

I'm very tidy, clean, considerate and low maintenance, so no need to worry about having an annoying housemate/lodger move in! I also work full time, so tend to be out quite a lot.

I also have family nearby, and so will not be around the whole week!! (Bonus lol).

Personality wise, I'm outgoing, chatty and friendly and don't have any annoying bad habits....at least that I'm aware of ;0)

I'm available to move in from October - mid to end of month would be better, but can be flexible in order to secure the right room. I don't mind living with a male or female, however, I'd really only prefer ONE-TWO room/housemates (My university house share type days are long behind me!). In an ideal world I'd like to share with a 'live-in' landlord who is looking for a decent, reliable lodger who will respect their place.
