Wanted - Spacious Double Room
Hi,
31 yr old male looking for a spacious double room.
I am originally from near Guildford. I moved to Bristol 10 years ago to go to attend Uni where I studied Property Management and Investment. Since leaving Uni I have worked as a letting agent within the property industry and currently am working full time for a company in London as an Energy Assessor for a firm based in Parsons Green. Enjoy watching/playing football, gym, pub, pool, tv, cinema, films, socials etc
I have lived in Wimbledon now for nearly 4 years and would prefer to live around or near to this area.
I am looking for a friendly, clean & tidy sociable household. I am happy to get involved in socials within the house as well as having some space to do my own things too.
I have good references from all previous and current landlords/agents and my employers.
I would like to find a good size double room max 550 pcm with all bills included.
I am able to move anytime.
I am social, into my sports and gym, clean & tidy, have a good sense of humor, quite laid back and easy going.
Cheers,
Nick
