Friendly Decorator Needs Room Near Ealing-

I am a French professional, who presently lives and works in Ealing and I have done so for more than 1 year. I have a stable role in a well established local company.

I am looking to quickly secure a small room in ELING AREA near Red Central Line, Blue Piccadilly or Green District line ! Must be available exactly ON and FROM Friday, the 13 of JUNE.

I need a very basic accommodation for my younger Sister for just 2 weeks. She is coming to London to do a course on decoration for two (2) weeks only (we can prove it with the airline tickets =).

She will be mostly out, and would use the place to sleep more than anything else, as she will be very busy with her 9 am to 5 pm course.

She will need to have access to bathroom, kitchen and toilet. She would NOT be getting home too late at night or cause disruption.

This is perfect for you to make a bit of cash for a short term stay. This is a safe bet for you. In and out in 2 weeks only. =)

Her name is Geraldine and she is she is a CLEAN, easygoing and positive French artist and decorator.
Again, this is only from Friday, JUNE 13 to Friday, JUNE 26th 2014.
FOR 2 WEEKS only.

She will be out almost all day between Monday the 16th - Friday the 20th of JUNE, most assuredly out and travelling for the remainder, until she leaves on Friday the 27th of JUNE.

She is in full time employment abroad. She is 33.

Budget should be no more than 100 x week, for a total of 200 GBP maximum, bills included. Again, you will not see her too much as on Week 1 she will be at a school all day, and Week 2 from Saturday 21st JUNE we will travel around away from London. She leaves Friday, JUNE 27.

*Worst case scenario, we would just need the room from Friday JUNE 13 to Saturday, JUNE 21st
