On a lookout for a friendly house share

Hi guys!

I'm looking for a friendly house share or possibly a few people to buddy up and rent a house/flat together.

I have a budget of £600/£650ish with bills inc. (I can stretch but would rather save for travels and activities :)

The house
Would be great if the house has a communal area, a large kitchen or a living room.
I don't mind where we live as long it's in zone 2 and not too far from the tube! Central Line preferably but flex - Open to areas.
Ideally I'm after a double room (not a box room).

Flatmates
I hope to find like-minded people, friendly, easy going and open to new things and cultures.
Ideally people without OCD - I clean after myself but I don't schedule my life around house cleaning rota and I definitely do not walk around with a wet wipe polishing doorknobs.
Non Smokers - important (sorry).

About me:
I'm a 28yo female.
I work in Covent Garden in events management (supposedly Monday to Friday 9 till 6 - never happens).
I travel a lot, I love learning new languages, trying new food, playing scrabble, love going out for dinners and drinks.
I cycle or walk to work and do yoga.
I don't cook often but when I do I mean it ? industrial sizes and to die for.

I would love to have a cat, or a dog, if you have one it would be amazing.
A guinea pig would be awesome.
