* I have been flat sharing for over 6 years and have made several friends in the process.

* Busy during most weekdays but if required up for drinks/ movies/ pub drink/ telly etc on fri/ sat.
* Quiet, mature and respects privacy.
* Interests - Global cuisine, trying new things, swimming, badminton, cricket, traveling, technology, finance, eating out, movies.

'Ideally' I am looking for -

* Number 1 Priority - Cleanliness. No dirty kitchens, bathroom and communal areas. I can assure that you can expect the same from me.
* 15-25 mins travel to City (Bank/ Monument/ St Pauls area)
* Fully furnished accomodation.
* Plenty of storage space and wardrobe
* Open to both houses or flats
* less than 5 to 10 min walk to the nearest station
* Gender and ethnicity neutral.
* Available to move in 24th Aug onwards, but flexible by a week on either side.
* Clean - someone who doesnt leave dishes in sink for days, keeps house tidy.

What I am not looking for -

* Flatshare in council estate
* Flatshare with stay in landlord.
* Flats without a living room
