Young professionals ready to make the London move.

I have made an advert for myself but also this advert is for me and my good friend. We are both looking to make the move to London for a number of different reasons. We're good friends and are usually with each other when socialising during the week and at weekends.

Ideally looking for a place in the Clapham area as the Northern line would take me straight into Bank.

With the flat/house share we would require a decent sized double room each, a bathroom with shower, communal living room and a kitchen I'm free to cook in. Wireless internet is a bonus but who doesn't have this now in 2014? - We don't mind smokers, but ideally not inside the flat/house as we're both non smokers ourselves.

We would like to share with similar people, and both work long hours in the week (8-6) and try to go gym around that so during the week we're mainly only at home to relax in the evening and for sleeping.

On the weekend we like to go out and socialise with friends but equally enjoy relaxing and cooking for friends.

We also like to go and support/watch my football team when possible or sometimes play as well.

Both really easy going minimum fuss kind of guys, who like to have a laugh and meet new people and generally go through life without too much hassle with a smile on our faces.
