27 yo professional looking for laid back home

I'm an open minded, relaxed, clean and tidy guy who is a marketing manager at a fun, creative .com business.

When I'm at home I enjoy listening to music, reading, and am getting round to teaching myself guitar. I keep busy and am often out with friends, marathon training (the words "running nerd" have been used in the past), or out getting cultural at gigs and exhibits (free Tate passes through work, very handy).

I'm a reasonably busy guy: I work late every now and then and I'm out and about quite a bit so I'd provide a good mix of company and not getting in your hair too much.

My ideal place would be a double room, with space for books. Lots of books! I'm a sucker for a flat with character or a little quirkyness, and ideally somewhere dry to keep my bike (hallway, shed, balcony, wherever really. It can live outside if it has to).

I think the best mix is always female and male, though am not too fussed. I love dogs, and would be open to living in a flat with pets. Always up for a chat, very clean and a pretty nifty cook.

Furnished would be ideal, but if it's just a bed, I'll have to hit the charity shops for furniture which is always good fun. My key areas to live are Peckham, East Dulwich, Camberwell, New Cross or nearby neighbourhoods. South East London all the way!

Looking to move end of May/Early June, though I'm pretty flexible with timings.
