Professional 25 year old female seeks double bedroom and great flatmates. Ready to move in anytime from now or at the latest 5th October. Short lets also considered.

I am moving back to London to start a new job after a six month stint in Edinburgh. I would either like to be within walking distance (40 mins-ish) of Vauxhall station for the upper part of my budget (?800 absolute max), or further out with commute via bus for ?500-700 pcm. FYI those budgets include bills. Ideal locations would be Nine Elms/Wandsworth Road/Battersea/Clapham Junction/Clapham North/Vauxhall/Oval/Stockwell/ Kennington

It's important that this is a home which is comfortable and has a communal lounge area. It doesn't have to be all singing and dancing - just a comfortable place with friendly housemates.

As I have lived and worked in London before I do have my own life well established here already. I am looking for easy going housemates who have their own lives but are also up for trips to the pub or chilling with a film on occasion. When I last lived in London I lived with two guys in their mid-30s and had a blast so hoping to find equally good housemates this time around.

About me. I work in international development and am about to start a new role based in Vauxhall. Its a secure, permanent job so you don't have to worry about me being able to pay the bills.

I am a friendly and easy going person who is tidy and conscientious. I like reading about politics and human rights (and GOT), watching films or comedy, going to the gym, going to gigs/festivals, playing xbox, horse-riding and playing piano and guitar. I'm no party animal but I'm also not a total bore! I have a lot of interests and so easily find common ground with most people.

I'm fine with pets - If its a dog or cat then I see that as a bonus.
