remember that if your part of a group, when 1 person vacates , all vacate, since its under 1 contract.

Unlike most 3 bedroomed houses this one has effectively 2x lounges.( ie 1 lounge & 1 completely separate dining room.)
Cottage can be either, let furnished or unfurnished. ill let the place @ £196 pw...to separate people, but under 1x contract.
When veiwing ensure that the group all veiw together, in veiw of how far we live away.

If sharers apply they must 1st, get to know each other + organise themselves into 1 group, to veiw @ 1 time please.
Those sharing ideally should know each other allready, & realise that the nature of these agreements mean that if 1 sharer vacates all sharers vacate, @ the same time.
We would consider, up front payments on a 3, or 4 student share, status on 1x contract from the U. K. with a U. K. Guarantor.... On an-proper- structured, undergraduate confirmed proper degree course, & each guaranteed by thier working, U. K. parents,.
In some circumstances.
None U. K. Students are not housed because thier unable to provide U. K Working guarantors,
& unwilling to pay the 10 month let /rent fees 100% up front.
We might consider such an application if the students are willing to meet the requirements.
You all will need to budget for the bills.
Only respectfull, NONE smoking- none substance taking upstanding busy, professionel people, or students with, very good references need apply.
