I have a very large double room to rent from 1st May in my house in Harold Hill. Rent includes all bills, council tax and superfast broadband.

It's a big double room with built in double wardrobe, storage cupboard and large chest of drawers. Furnished with a nice double bed. Recently fitted carpet and curtains.

The house is 3 bedrooms with 1 study room, big living room, tidy recently fitted kitchen and bathroom, porch area, downstairs & upstairs landings and south facing garden. In addition there is off street parking, outdoor WC and storage sheds. There is a large fridge and seperate large freezer in the kitchen and all cooking appliances.

There is good access to close local shops, parks and supermarkets and a 10 minute bus to Romford centre, 5 minute bus or 15 minute walk to Harold Wood station.

You will be sharing with myself (the landlord) and my girlfriend. We are both very friendly and will welcome a friendly sociable housemate. We are both full time workers with good jobs and work hard during the week and expect a lodger who will respect this and behave accordingly. Hobbies include fitness, gym, cycling, movies.

I would like a friendly, sociable, clean & tidy housemate who is trustworthy and reliable.
