Double room to rent
Hi,
I am currently looking for a single professional to rent my spare room. It's a light and airy double bedroom and comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobes and cabinet. The house and bedroom is newly decorated (excuse the wrapping on the lamp shade!). The lounge, kitchen and bathroom is shared. Space for a desk, if nessesary. Virgin TV and unlimited broadband included.
I am a friendly, easy going chap, who works Monday to Friday. I am clean and tidy so I am looking for someone with the same standards, and someone who doesn't mind mucking in with the shared cleaning.
There is on street parking available, and the station is 10-15 minutes walk/bus away.
Although the garden is small, being a South African, there is always plenty of space available for a bbq, and drying washing.
