Very nice single room in nice 3 bedroom house.

For rent is a single room in my house. The property is an original 4 bed house which is now 3 rooms plus an office room.

The house is nice, kept clean & tidy and nicely decorated with more decorating set to be done soon.

There is a fully fitted kitchen available to everyone to use, along with nice bathroom with power shower, big garden and drive way. Along with a large living room, porch and downstairs landing area bring plenty of shared living space.

You'll be sharing with myself, the landlord and one other tenant. We are both professional with full time jobs/businesses, very sociable, friendly and welcoming.

The room is fully furnished with a big fitted wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. The room has been recently decorated and the carpet is also quite new. Rent to include all bills including fibre optic broadband. There is also an aerial connection in the room for a tv.

Ideally I am looking for a housemate who is in full time employment, tidy, clean and friendly.

It is a no smoking house and no pets will be allowed. Couples are not desired.

I will also consider weekday only arrangements.
