We have 2 large and 1 small double rooms that will be available from 19th March.

Large townhouse with central heating. The house is situated opposite a great park and with loads of transport links.

The townhouse is within walking distance to shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants and there is a Tesco Extra a few stops away (via bus) at Gallows Corner roundabout.

The house is situated close to public transport;
Bus stop within 5 minutes walk (174, 256, 294, N86, 608, 647, 674, 686)
Liverpool Street to Shenfield TFL Rail Line is a 20 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by car. Journey to Liverpool Street is approx 30 minutes.

All major road routes including M25, A12 and A127.

The landlord lives in one of the rooms however is often away on business. The other room is currently occupied by his daughter and her boyfriend.

The household is easy going as long as the place is treated with respect. I am open to friends being invited over but no regular parties. I am sociable and enjoy a drink and a laugh and am looking for like minded people.
