I have lived in this house for three years now and have always had friends live with me. Therefore it's not an ordinary house share if you want to live here you have full run of the house. I am happy for friends and family to be invited over so long as I'm made aware.
I have just had work done on my house so everything is practically brand new I therefore love to keep it clean and tidy so someone who likes cleanliness is essential.
I have a whippet called Jeffrey who also lives at the house he's 1 year old so very playful but very good and friendly. I wouldn't ask you to do anything for the dog except let him out for a wee if you are in and I am not.
I'm looking for a new housemate and also a new friend.
