Looking for flatmates/ flatshare for Aug/Sept

Hello!

I'm a young professional working for a homelessness charity, and expecting to be served section 21 in July (Landlord wishes to sell, so will be kicked out by September).

I'd love to be able to stay in the area I am in (Walworth) but am open to anywhere with decent travel to Vauxhall and/or Westminster. Particularly interested in :
- Camberwell
- Peckham
- Brixton
- Stockwell

Just since the commute is decent and I rarely work from home.

I'm respectful, clean, tidy, organised and can provide a good tenant reference.

Am also low key LGBTQ+. Vegetarian, non-smoker but happily tolerant of those who are none of those things, no allergies and pet friendly.

Open to flexible move in dates and flexible with budget - Ideally under 1000pcm with bills or 800pcm without, but happy in a box room.

[The bit that sounds like a dating profile] I studied French and Film at Uni and still love all all things art and culture but also just as happy hanging out in the park.

Politically very much on the left but also a Libra so can be very diplomatic (!)
