I am available to move late May to mid June ideally and have a budget of £1,300 including bills, but would definitely be looking for lower than this. Hi, I am a 24 year old working in the charity sector as a diversity lead, but I am also a creative!

Would definitely prioritise a beautiful space and flatmate I vibe with over a specific location but am loving SE London at the moment. My current tenancy ends mid June so will need to move sometime in the month before then. Ideally I would be looking to live with one flatmate max.

Looking for someone who will put a lot of love and respect into our space and keeping it beautiful!

ME:
- I feel like I had my crazy years early so I am more for the quiet life now but still love seeing live music and creative events.
- I can cook, I am mostly plant based but don't need my flatmate to also be.
- I write poetry
- I switch what I like to do but I am always active whether it be gym, running, yoga or something new.
- I love my alone time and doing my own thing but am also social and would love to have a bond with whoever I live with, going on walks or having chill evenings, exercising together, or going out on lil friend dates.
