Professional looking to be part of a social house

I am a professional from London, working as an Chartered Accountant in the city. I work in the office 5 days per week.

I am currently living in Furzedown near tooting and have lived in the area for two years, before that I was in NW London and Bristol.

The reason for the move is that our landlord is selling so I am active In my search.

I am an avid music fan and I love going to gigs . I am also into sports: Football (Arsenal season ticket holder), Golf, GAA, Boxing, MMA and NFL to name a few.

I am a very social housemate, so I am looking for a house, which enjoys spending time together in the house, as well as socially out of it. I hope that would fit in with the current house situation.

I am looking to be a part of the house, not just a tenant. At the same time I occasionally like to do my own thing too.

I am a very clean housemate and I am a non-smoker.

I can move in from early August 2024. That date can be flexible, depending on the house needs.

I have my own bed so in the room I only require a wardrobe.
