🏡 Seeking a home - Flexible on Area

Hey there,
So, I've recently moved to London, and I'm not here to just sit in my room. I'm looking for a room in a 2-5 bedroom place that's more of a home, not just a space. I'm thinking of moving to or around Hackney, Islington, Clapham and/or Zone 1. My perfect room would be spacious enough for a decent-sized desk as I currently work 2-3 days from home, a double bed, and some storage. Would love a cool mix of genders and nationalities to have as friends and flatmates but not fussy, if you're fun we will get on for sure! I've got some friends in London, but I would love to live with some people who like to hang out!

As for my budget. It's got a bit of wiggle room, especially if the place is perfect. While I'd ideally hover around £1K including bills, I can stretch it a bit for the perfect place.

About me,

I'm a 28-year-old British guy, over the last 6 years I have been on and off traveling, 1.5 years in Australia, and another 1.5 years exploring Africa were the longest stints. Now, I'm keen to lay down some roots in London town. My current focus is reviving my career as a Mortgage Broker, gym/ running consistently, and building a bit of a community around me!

Interests consist of... kite surfing, scuba diving, skiing (Basic!) plotting to conquer snowboarding too, travelling, gym & running. I love music and everything that goes with it.
