Looking for a light single/double room 🙋‍♂️☀️

Hi! I am a quiet, tidy and friendly working professional who is looking for a new London home 😅 I work full time as a civil servant in the Department for Transport, going into the office 2 days a week and wfh 3 days a week. In my spare time in am also a meditation teacher, and have been living in London for about 7 years now. I don’t drink or smoke.

I like being able to hang out with my housemates, and would like to live somewhere with a friendly community feeling, but am also very happy by myself in my room 🧑‍🍳 I am very clean and tidy, friendly and easy going, and good fun to live with. I enjoy a good laugh 😁

I’m looking for a quiet room with lots of light, on a higher floor (not ground floor), ideally overlooking a garden or a quiet area (and wooden floors would be the cherry on the cake). Good transport connections would be a major bonus. En-suite would be nice but is not essential. Budget is £1,000, although I could stretch to a bit above that if necessary. I’d be open to anywhere in zones 1 or 2 (but Kensington or Pimlico areas would be ideal), and would be happy to share somewhere with 1, 2, 3, 4 or more people (..).
