Looking for a long term new home (shared or buddy.

After renting 10+ years of renting, my landlady is sadly selling her flat.

So I’m looking for a new home and new life experiences.

I’m a peaceful person happy to spend time on my own and respectful of a person space. It would be nice occasional to have a chat with new roomie over wine or a movie night. It would be nice to get to know each other. I’m looking for a property with just one other person.

I am social but tend to do that away from home. I like catching up with family and friends either eating out or travelling or shopping.

Looking for peaceful homely place - no party house. With good transport links.

Still learn French and Italian one day I will master the two languages (fingers crossed- forever hopeful).

I’m clean and tidy (a little OCD).

I never know what to say. Oh yes, work full time.
