Myself and my best friend have recently moved from Brisbane Australia and are looking for a property to rent around or within Islington, Clapham or Fullham areas.

Howard is a 27 year old architectural graduate working at HBA, a leading interior design firm full time.

I am 26 years old working at a pub in Notting hill which I plan to do for a short time while I get a full time job which will be at JLL - an international property company that I have worked at in Brisbane.

We are looking to move in right away with a budget of circa £2000pcm plus bills.

We are social people who would ideally love to share a house with people (and make friends, not just be housemates) but are also happy to just stay between ourselves.

Ideally looking for a 6 month lease term but can be flexible on this.
