26 year old starting her PhD in the fall at King's, I would say fall into both the young professional and the student categories.
Looking for a double room, preferably an ensuite and I have a budget of 1150 pcm if all bills are included.
I would love an outdoor area or balcony! I am a social person but I do love my own time as well. I have been living on my own for years now, I would love to be in a calm and clean place with roommates!
