24 yr old .. tidy, gym goer , peoples person

hello . first of i wouldnt make this generic,
im a peoples person, i would ultimately like to walk away with this with a friend, i like to confer random thoughts, i like to share... this isnt everyones cuppa and i get it. but we just shouldn't proceed together; if your preference is "quiet", it too me is a odd quality to add to your living space, im not loud or looking for one but would like my living room to be usedas a living room

i would like a savvy, modern place, not only , Victorian style houses with high ceilings are cool. prefer minimalistic over clutter... do enjoy interior design and buying artwork, lamps/lights or a random amazon find. not a demand, but i would like a roommate who is down to constantly evolve our space
