We have a beautiful single room in our house available to rent now.

It is a ground floor room, with your own private access, with brand new bed, carpet and is all freshly decorated.

We have a large kitchen and Living room, which you would be more than welcome to use, at your leisure.

We have recently moved into the house, and since have redecorated the entire place, so everything is beautiful!

It is a ten minute walk to College Lane campus, and a 5 minute walk to the free park and ride shuttle bus, and only 1. 5 miles to the train station!

All Bills are included in the rental of £520 pcm, except a television licence - as we do not have one, however if this is something you would like you are welcome to get this yourself.

A Little about us...

I am Charli, I am currently studying at Hertfordshire Uni, doing my postgraduate degree in Business Analysis, I share our home with my partner Jean - Clair, who works in the City. We are a young social able couple, who like nights out at the pub, and having friends over for dinner from time to time.
