Double room in a 3 bed house on a quiet street.

I have a double room to rent in my lovely house on a quiet street. I do not live in the house, since I moved in with my girlfriend (I cannot change the status on the listing).

The room has just been re-decorated, and has new soft furnishings, including new mattress and linen etc. The room comes furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table and desk.

It also has Sky Infinity broadband . There is a large, shared bathroom with bath and seperate shower cubicle, a large kitchen with the usual amenities and the addition of a laundry room with tumble dryer, extra fridge, extra freezer and plenty more storage space. There is also use of the dining room, large lounge and a downstairs toilet. There is also a cleaner who cleans every fortnight..

There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away to Rickmansworth/Watford and further bus stops for Ricky/Watford or Uxbridge/Heathrow within 5-10 minutes walk. The M25 is 2 minutes away.

There are currently two lodgers who have been in the house for a number of years and I'm looking for another lodger for the double. Viewings are possible in the evening and on weekends (depending on availability).

I will provide a lodgers agreement, in order to ensure both parties are happy with everything.

Couples or Students will not be considered, this is a single person occupancy for professionals.
