- Train goes direct to Moorgate or Kings Cross from New Barnet and takes about 25 minutes
- Four bedroom house with 2 bathrooms/toilets and also a downstairs cloakroom
- Good sized kitchen with all amenities and spacious living room

Costs:
- £435 per calendar month including Gas, Electricity, Water and Council Tax.
- The cost also includes a cleaner who comes every week and vacuums, cleans the bathrooms/toilets, the kitchen, living room and other communal areas.
- Cost also includes full sky TV package and broadband
- Deposit is one month's rent
- Minimum period - 6 months

The house is airy and bright. We're looking for someone who can move in long term really and that's similar minded. ie. Respectful of others space, not too loud, but friendly and sociable and maybe up for the occasional glass of wine.
