Large double room with ensuite.

I have a large fully furnished, bright self contained studio room with ensuite to let. In these times it should be noted it's possible to socially distance from me and my son who lives here. This room would suit a professional person who is not looking for a flat mate or party house! Having said that I'm friendly enough that my past tenants still pop in and stay in contact!

The commute to the City and West End via New Barnet or Oakleigh Park Overground Stations or Totteridge and Whetstone Tube station is easy. We are close to, but not on bus routes and there are no parking restrictions in this quite wide road. The varied shops and restaurants in Whetstone, New and East Barnet are a short walk and The Everyman cinema is near. Country walks and Gyms are close by for the more energetic!

There is a TV in the room, also you have your own cooking facilities and fridge/freezer. Being self contained this let has been particularly convenient to Monday-Friday and full week lets who appreciate a quiet homely space to work, study or relax in at the end of the day. The cost includes all utility bills.
