Single Room/ Own Toilet In Friendly Family House

A single room with plenty of storage and own toilet in suburban house in New Barnet. Would suit weekly commuter maybe as the house is between High Barnet tube and New Barnet overground, you can walk to both. Alternatively there is a bus stop at the end of our road.
Other facilities close to our house are grocery shop, café, and chip shop!
We are a family of four. 2 Adults and 2 children and one black Labrador. You will obviously have to not mind children or the dog. The children are 9 and 13 and you could choose not to see them. There are 2 lounges so if wanted to use the child free one you could!
Even though you have your own toilet you would have to share the bathroom and tell us when you need a shower so we can make sure it's always free for you.
The room is on the ground floor and has a lock. Our bedrooms are on the first floor.
You would be welcome to spend as much or as little time with the family as you wish to.
Our house is not immaculate just to warn you, it is a lived in family house. The kitchen is big enough to eat in around a table. Or you could have cooking facilities in your room. Up to you, we are flexible. The room will be available to view in a week.
