I will require a £250 deposit and a further 4 weeks rent in advance.

10 minutes walk to Bexleyheath station, which has regular trains every 5-10 mins, taking between 29 and 40 minutes to either Victoria, Charing Cross or Cannon Street.

10 minute's walk to Bexleyheath town centre

10 minute's walk to the Danson Park.

20 minute's drive to Bluewater shopping centre

25 minutes drive to Lakeside shopping centre

5 minute's drive to A2/M25 and A20 motorways

Potential Tenant:

I am looking for a professional tenant in full time work that is tidy and who will be considerate to the existing tenants.

No smoking in the house, but smokers are welcome.

One months notice required in advance of leaving

I am a professional working male and I am looking for a similar tenant.
