Double room in house shared with a friendly housemate.

The house has a living room, separate kitchen, utility room and W/C on the ground floor and a large family bathroom with separate shower unit on the second floor.

The room is large and furnished with a wall of built in wardrobes and a double bed. The rent is £350 pcm. Rent includes council tax and water rates but gas and electricity bills are not included and will be split between the two occupants (the bills usually work out around £20 - 30 per month each).

The house has gas central heating and is double glazed throughout there is wifi, a washing machine, microwave etc.

It is on a local buses and 10 minutes walk from Abbey wood and a 10 minute bus ride from Plumstead train station both (overland train 20 mins to London Bridge, 30 mins to Charing Cross or Cannon St); You can also take the bus or train to Woolwich Arsenal which has a DLR station to Bank and there are buses available to Greenwich (25mins) and North Greenwich tube station (20mins).

There is free parking on the road outside the house

The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly without being intrusive so want people who will fit in well.

I am really sorry but I am not looking for couples to move in and also no DSS tenants.
