Professional and considerate flatmate required for a double, en suite bedroom in a modern 3 bed, 3 bath flatshare. Please note the room is unfurnished and only comes with a bed base.

The flat is in a gorgeous building and excellent
location - a 10 minute walk to Liverpool Street Station and about 15/20 minute walk to the City and London Bridge. Aldgate East is the nearest tube station (4 minute walk) and there are great bus links at the end of the road.

We’re also really near Brick Lane, Spitalfields and it’s only a short walk to the river.

A bit about us;
We’re two professional females working in the city who; get on extremely well, generally do our own thing outside of the flat and strike up a good balance between being in and out. We work hard so home is quite chilled (although we have been known to throw the occasional party).

What makes it work so well is that we’re really considerate of one another which includes everything from ensuring the flat stays clean and tidy to not having our friends etc come/stay over all the time!

We’re looking for someone who is kind of similar to us and we're open to a girl or a guy (late 20’s – early 30’s) ...
