Our flatmate is moving abroad so an en-suite double bedroom is becoming available in our enviable three bedroom apartment (built in 2010) in even more enviable location (close walk to Liverpool St. and Aldgate East stations, just off Brick Lane in Zone 1).

#The Apartment #
The apartment comprises a contemporary open-plan kitchen together with all mod cons including dishwasher, three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and modern bathrooms. It carries a neutral decor throughout with high quality wood veneer flooring, recessed contemporary low voltage down lights just to name a few of the features and comes fully furnished!

The en-suite double bedroom which is becoming available is for £915 per calendar month. It’s a real en-suite - the bathroom is accessible only from within your room - you don't have to walk outside your room as is the case with some "so called en-suites".

Located in Zone 1, within one of the trendiest and most desirable areas of London - just off the trendy Brick Lane in Shoreditch, a short walk from the City and the Spitalfields Market - 5 min walk to Aldgate East tube station and 10 min walk to Liverpool St. station. With easy reach of the vast array of independent shops, galleries, cafes, bars, restaurants and clubs that the location has to offer – it’s simply unbeatable!

# Flatmates #
You’ll be sharing with two friendly guys - Eric (30), French, construction supervisor, and Israel (32), Mexican, software engineer – both very easy going, friendly and sociable.. the atmosphere in our flat has always been very relaxed. Everyone gets on very well, we trust each other and enjoy sharing a dinner/chat/an evening out… it’s not a 24/7 party party flat but rather a place that all of us call home. This obviously doesn't mean that you can't invite your friends for a dinner or to stay over! We have become friends of each others’ friends and all that..!

# About you #
We are very open-minded about who take on board (boys/girls..).. someone who is friendly, easy going.. generally nice )) and of course you’ll be tidy too! :)

The landlord requires that you are a professional in a full-time employment in order to be accepted for the tenancy. He doesn’t accept students or couples - sorry.

# Practical details #
Rent : £915 pcm + bills (approx £80 pcm including everything - Council Tax, internet, electricity, gas and water)
Deposit is 1 month rent: £915
Agency fee: £200
And the landlord requires that you earn approx. three times the rent before tax.

Contract : You’ll be joining the current lease which is until March 2015 but we are very likely to renew again as we love this place. We’ve lived here for nearly two years now.

Move-in date : To be agreed.
