Lovely, two bright double rooms to let in flat in Aldgate East. 5 minutes walk to Aldgate East Station, Brick Lane and Spitalfields, with their trendy cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and galleries. Easy access all over London. The block has a new video security entry phone system and 2 lifts. Currently living in the flat is a really nice guy who works evening shift hours and a lovely lady who works in the city.

The Flat: newly refurbished flat with small but lovely kitchen with all the normal stuff (washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave) and a dishwasher which is great!! Bathroom has a good shower and separate WC with sink. We don't have a living room but have a spacious hallway. Communal space is kept clean and tidy. There is a cleaning rota.

The Rooms: The rooms are available to rent separately.

The first room rent is £785 per calendar month including all bills. The room is large and bright. It has a double bed with a new IKEA mattress. There is a table and chair, a three door wardrobe, chest of drawers, book case and balcony.

The second room rent is £725 per calendar month including all bills. This room is also bright, clean and tidy. It is a large double room measuring 3.9m by 3m. It is furnished with a two door wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, desk with chair and of course a double bed. The mattress is new from IKEA.

Both rooms are ready to rent now. A deposit is required of one month's rent.

Bills: All bills are included with this flat share, gas, electricity, council tax, water, tv licence and BT Broadband internet.

The New Flatmate: Friendly, clean, respectful, no smoking in the flat.
