Epic Modern Flat In Central London Near Shoreditch

Hi all,

We are looking for a fun flatmate to share a 3 double bedroom flat starting this summer (JUNE4TH).

The flat has got a small living room with a modern kitchenette, dining area and modern bathroom. It also has a balcony in the back that can be used for little BBQs (although these are usually frowned upon by building management).We also have a roof top on the building which we're sometimes allowed on.

The flat itself is located in Tower House, a lively building almost fully occupied by young professionals and students (whose parents are presumably much better off than mine ha). We have our own Facebook group which is used to organize shindigs and sell or give away stuff which saves you a trip to Ikea I suppose. It has a nicely done garden or "jungle" as some people call it, in the middle in which parties have been organized in the past. Its a 2min walk away from Aldgate East station and funky Brick Lane, 10min walk away from Liverpool Street and 5mins away from Shoreditch.

The bills are roughly £50 extra. This will include Sky TV, Sky Broadband, Water and Electricity(heating and lights). No gas in the building. The flat will have a 50 inch 3D tv, Sky, an Xbox and a live person(me) so the flat will never short of entertainment.

I'm a 26 year old Indian, very clean, laid back, somewhat geeky investment banking professional who works on Liverpool Street. I went to Lancaster University and moved to London roughly 2 yrs ago. My hobbies are running, playing football (I play once a week and watch all arsenal games), gaming, working out going to the cinema (love film), going to gigs (indie folk/ house), travelling (at least once every 6 months) and clubbing. I usually chill at home maybe watch TV on weekdays (except Thursdays). I struggle to cook and am always up for a drink.

The other flatmate Annabel from Essex, is 24 yrs old and works in HR and fun to be around.
