I will be moving out by the 1st of June, and have a tenancy agreement to the 4th July. If needed longer stay, there is a possibility for it to be arranged, but that would go through the Curve, not me.
The room is a studio plus (DDA). With its own kitchen, bathroom, TV, single bed.
The rent is £245 per week all included. Plus gym, on site game rooms etc.
You must be studying full time in a UK Educational institution and is consequently exempt from paying UK Council Tax.
The replacement must be over the age of 18, and sign the tenancy agreement. However we also accept 17 year olds, providing a guarantor signs the tenancy agreement.
