We've got a roof terrace big enough to hold 50+ people - it’s been tried and tested in recent get togethers - and boasts views of the Shaad, the Gherkin and Canary Wharf!

It’s a really cool pad and the location makes it a desirable place to live. The total cost is £499 + £100 bills. The contract will begin on the 17th of September, therefore you must be able to move in around that time.

What you’ll be letting yourself in for -

We’re two chilled out creatives, originally from the North of England, with a passion for music, theatre, food and good times. I'm a 25 year old working actor and musician - I moved to London about a year ago and I plan on living here for the foreseeable future. Alex, my flat mate, is a 25 year old, working for a record label as an A&R scout. We’re quite a social twosome with a positive outlook on life.

Who we’re looking for -

We’re looking for an english speaking male or female - female’s will have the advantage as we would welcome a womanly touch to the flat - Someone who shares our love for music would be a bonus, but we’re happy to embrace other interests. I think the easiest way for us to know who we’re looking for is by meeting in person.
