-Has hardwood floors except in bedrooms. Bathrooms are modern and high spec.
-Spacious kitchen and living room common area. Wash/dryer combo. Dishwasher. All new.
-Location is minutes from Liverpool Street(8 min walk) and even nearer to Aldgate East(4 min walk) While the flat is located right off Commercial Street, it faces a private park area and has no street noise.

Me and what I'm looking for:

I'm a pretty chill professional guy with relaxed attitude and a good sense of humour. I tend to travel a lot for work or for fun. Love going out and doing stuff around London, pretty social in general, go out for drinks, gigs, enjoy the spoils of Shoreditch. Not at home too too much, except some evenings.

I am gay, but don't really consider it a big deal either way. Also, I speak English (1st language) / Spanish fluently.

You:
Ideally professional with similar sort of lifestyle - work, go out, social. Social individual who is laid back, has a similar sort of Monday - Friday work schedule.

Ultimately looking for a flatmate that clicks on a social level, not that I am looking for a bestie, but just makes the home environment a lot more pleasant, better banter.
