Lovely room in house share

Hi! We have one lovely light room in a very friendly house up for grabs.
Contents currently include one gentlemen and two ladies in their late twenties/early thirties. We are a two minute walk from Brick Lane and a few mins walk from either Aldgate East or Whitechapel tube stations. We are surrounded by some great restaurants and pubs all on our doorstep. The house itself is a three story number, nice living room, big kitchen, and bath/shower. Your room double is furnished, with bed and a wardrobe.
We are looking for a super lovely person, ideally similar kind of age, who will be up for the occasional pint of an evening.
Bills are split between us all but usually come to roughly £80-£100 per month including internet and a weekly cleaner.
