The flat is situated between Aldgate East (zone 1) and Whitechapel (zone 2) and Shadwell (DLR) stations. A short walk to Brick Lane, Tower Hill, the City and the London Hospital.

There are three bedrooms in total, two bathrooms and a separate cloakroom at the entrance. The prospective tenant would have exclusive access to the main bathroom. The top floor of the property comprises a stunning double-height communal kitchen/dining/living area with period wood beams running across the center. The whole flat has recently been renovated to an excellent standard by the owner-occupier.

The current occupant is a gay, non-smoking professional (Hospital Doctor). I am looking for a down to earth, tidy, considerate professional to join me. Gender, sexual orientation and ethnicity are not important but I'm afraid I am unable to consider couples or students.
