We are looking for a someone to share a flat with us, from September-June. We are a couple living in one of the double bedrooms - we are very friendly people, students and having lived with a female flatmate previously for a year, it has proved to work very well, as we do not "stick" together as some may be worried about.

The property is located on the main street - Commercial Street a 2 min walk from Aldgate East Station and a 5-6min walk to Liverpool Street Station.

- we have lived in this property previously for a year during which it has undergone reconstruction from the outside, it currently has new windows, balcony, boiler & heating.

The property includes:

- a spacious kitchen with a shared living room

- 2 double bedrooms
- a bathroom with a bathtub

The price for the double bedroom is 800 pcm excluding bills.
