The flat has a large living room, large kitchen, a bathroom and a seperate toilet. You will be living with two very nice English guys, Innes and Henry, both young professionnals working from Monday to Friday and quite keen to have drinks on weekends.
The place is very well located, it is 5mins walk from Aldgate East underground station (Hammersmith and District Line), 5mins walk to Bricklane, 10mins walk to Shoreditch and 10mins to Liverpool Street Station. There is also a Tesco very near.
The rent is 820/pm, bills are 37. 50 per person per month for gas and electricity, council tax, internet and water and the deposit is 900.
