My flatmate is vacating her room so I have a double bedroom with private bathroom available for rent in a 2 bed / 2 bathroom flat near the city.

The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe with full-length mirror doors, and additional storage. The lounge is a good size with large east facing windows overlooking communal gardens and pretty fountains. There is an adjoining separate kitchen which comes equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer in addition to all the expected goods.

The building complex has a 24 hour concierge and access to a free gym, sauna and steam room. There is also access to a roof terrace.

The flat is on the third floor of a modern development within walking distance of the city, Brick Lane and St Katherine's Docks. Also, within walking distance, are 4 tube stations, two overground stations and one DLR station, with Aldgate east being 5 minutes away.

The room will be available from October 31st 2014. (An early date can be discussed)

I am a professional female working in the city, often away on weekends so you would have the place to yourself! Priority will be given to professionals who are clean and tidy (especially in the kitchen)
