New fun housemate/friend needed! Great location!

Dear potential new housemates,

We have a large double room becoming available in our house very soon as our housemate Sarah is leaving to travel/return to Australia. The room is available from around the 20th of October but this is very flexible so we are happy to try and accommodate for any dates around then.

It's a large light and bright furnished room. The house has recently been refurbished so everything is new, clean and functional. We have a back garden with an apple tree which is lovely and a big drawcard in Summer! The house is in a great location, 5 minutes from Whitechapel station, 8 to Aldgate East and 15 to Liverpool St, it's less than 5 minutes from Brick Lane and a bit further to Shoreditch High St, Old St, etc.

The room is 640 pounds per month excluding bills and the bond is 1237. 50, however obviously you will get that back.

You will be living 3 girls, Lisa (Australian), Rachel (English) and Catherine (Australian), who would really love their new housemate (preferably female) to also become a friend.
