Aldgate East flat w great flatmates £650 INC BILLS

THE PRACTICALS: rent is £650 a month INCL BILLS (internet, Sky, water, gas, electric) and the flat is in a great location. It's about 5-10 minutes from Aldgate East, and 12 minutes from both Aldgate and Whitechapel stations. The room will be available from 26 October 2014.

THE ROOM: is quirky and modern. The bed sits in an alcove by the windows and the room comes furnished (with bed, a small and large chest of draws, a desk and a chair). The storage space is quite good. There's a shared bathroom that's modern and with a good, strong shower. The open plan kitchen/living room is spacious, with modern fittings.

THE FLATMATES: are great. 3 guys and 2 girls, mixed in age from 24-27, they're a fun bunch with a good sense of humour. We sometimes go out with each other on weekends, but also respect each others' space when we want to just be in our rooms. We're a mixed bunch job-wise, but mostly professionals.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR: preferably a female flatmate (to keep the gender balance) who's in her 20s.

VIEWINGS: at the moment we're scheduling viewings for the evening of Monday 6 October (but get in touch even if you can't come then).

THE AREA: Brick Lane is just down the road and Shoreditch is less than 20 minutes' walk away. St. Katherine's Docks are about 15 minutes away too, so there's lots to do close by.
