Our flatmate unfortunately has to leave us so we have a nice little clean modern en-suite room available in our flat in Tower House! 5 minute walk to Aldgate East and Whitechapel tube stations, easy walking distance to Liverpool Street, Tower Hill, etc.

The room comes equipped with a double bed, double-door wardrobe, large chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom with your own shower, sink and toilet. The room is on the small side but we have a very nice shared living room/kitchen and we are happy for you to use any space you can find for extra storage if you need it! The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher. We also have a balcony which is great if you smoke (it's also sheltered from the rain so it's great for drying clothes).

The rent is £750pcm which includes a fixed water rate - electricity is approx. £15pm (may be a bit more in winter), council tax £49pm, sky internet £7pm (we don't have a gas bill).

We are both young professionals (one guy one girl) working in the city - we are your typical laid back 22 year olds who enjoy going out at the weekend and chilling out through the week.
