2 large doubles in central location
We have two large doubles available immediately in fun, friendly, modern flat. Great location for Shoreditch, Brick Lane, City (5 min walk to all) and also a direct bus to Canary Wharf. Fully furnished, it has 3 bathrooms between 5 people (never a queue) and all white goods. We have full sky package, fast broadband and great views from the balcony. Bills come in at about £100 per month and the lease runs through to end of April although we have successfully renewed it for the last 3 years.
The remaining housemates are very sociable people, and whilst they have their own lives, do like to hang out together in the evenings during the week and sometimes head out together at the weekend. We are looking for someone who is like-minded to join in with a bit of banter and a drink.
The flat is great - the only reason we are moving out is to settle down in the burbs together!!
