A bright and large double bedroom available from 1st November 2014 in a nicely designed and spacious two bedroom flat. The flat is situated in a modern block, highly safe and secure (with a porter and free private gym!).
Very well connected in terms of transport (two min walk from Aldgate East and 10 min walk to Liverpool tube stations and lots of buses just a minute down the road to Oxford Circus, Paddington, Angel, Bethnal Green etc.). The flat although very spacious is only for two people (no couples please) with the big bonus of having a private bathroom.
You will be sharing the flat with me: a 31 year old female working in marketing. I am very clean and tidy and consider the flat as a place to relax fully after busy days at work. I would like to flat share with a friendly and easy-going professional that enjoys living in a nice, clean, tidy and peaceful place. That's definitely not a party house. Although I am friendly and enjoy a good chat, I would like someone autonomous that would respect each other's space. Good sense of humour is a big plus!
Rent is £825 excluding all bills monthly costs which come around £130 each.
Deposit is £875.
