Lovely room 5-10 mins walk from angel station

This is a lovely room in a two bedroom flat located 5-10 minutes walk from Angel station at the heart of Islington.

The room is medium sized and has a double bed, a table desk, a wardrobe and a chest wardrobe all in white colour. There is a shared space which consists of the kitchen area with all utilities and lounge area with black leather sofa, chairs, coffee table, flat screen TV, dining table and a little bar section.

The flat has been maintained by the existing tenant and a lot of effort and energy has been put to make it look exciting and different. It also has a laminate flooring. There is also a big terrace that can be used for social events or bbq's in the summer. The toilet of the flat is situated opposite the flat door however it will be used only by the existing and the new tenant. This is the structure of the flats in the building.

The tenant that currently lives there is a 30 years old IT professional who is originally middle eastern (born in jerusalem) but has been living in london for 10 years. He is an entrepreneur with diverse interest in music, business, marketing and finance and always on the hunt for start up and consulting opportunities. He is also an award winning middle eastern DJ hosting London's biggest Middle Eastern club nights every month. He is looking for a tidy, clean, organised and friendly tenant that has interest in music, technology, business startups and cooking amongst other social activities. He expects the tenant to be serious and responsible at the same time with guests and flat maintenance.

I've lived and maintained this flat for over 4 years now, during this time I had a number of flatmates some of which became friends for life and some were wrong choices. I decided to operate differently, if you like what you see, let have a quick face time or skype video call and at least this way if we both get along then we can arrange a viewing. I find this a more efficient and effective way of finding the right flatmate and flat for you and me.
