Hi,
I will be renting my room for the month of August because I will be away abroad.

It's a spacious double room in a semi-detached house with a fully equipped kitchen, huge garden perfect for bbq's in the summer, double glazed, bathroom upstairs, toilet downstairs, central heating and wi-fi.

5min walk to Avery Hill campus and park.
10min walk to Co-operative or Nisa Local and other businesses(restaurants, shops) and bp petrol station.
5min by bus from Eltham High Street and train station.
20min walk to Falconwood or New Eltham train station which take you to Charing cross or London bridge in 15/20min.

Renting the room to a person who is:
Clean.
Does not have to be social but has to be nice to my other flatmates.
Keep the noise down during night time.

It is a short term let for the weeks or month of August.
