Double room in professional flatshare

We are looking for a friendly single non-smoking professional/mature student, in their 30s/ 40s, to share a 4 bedroom flat in a 24-hr portered mansion above Baker St station. Sorry, no couples. Looking for long-term house mate. We are currently three girls - 1 Aussie, 1 Spanish and 1 German, working in Finance, Architecture and fashion.

We are all independent and like to think of the flat as our home.

The flat has 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, huge kitchen and living room (at opposite ends of the house), all mod cons (including wireless broadband, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and cleaner for 2 hrs per week. Windows are double glazed.

All bills (cleaner for 2 hrs/week, internet, phone line, council tax, house cleaning products, toilet paper - so everything!) except personal phone calls) are approx £65 per month.

The room comes with a double bed, bed side tables, large chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and a sink. And there is lots of storage space in the flat – and plenty of furniture if you need anything extra.

Easy access to transport (tube - Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, Bakerloo and Jubilee, bus and Marylebone overland station is 5 mins walk).

Available from 6 September. We're looking for someone who could see themselves living here for 12 months.

We would like someone to move on this date or as close as possible, so we plan to hold viewings to meet people in the next few weeks as necessary.
